Our company was founded over 100 years ago. We have grown up in a rapidly changing time for both our company's history and the timber industry growth. We would like to thank our clients for enabling our company's longevity.
Contemporary society is, day by day and minute by minute, entering an age of technical revolution and undergoing changes that increasingly decrease the size of the globe. It is an age such as this that makes it imperative for buyers and sellers to carve out win-win relationships with the ultimate aim of building enterprises based upon recognition of their mutual existential value.
Also we'd like to expand our view globally and we aim to make progress in the world timber industry. At the same time it is our pleasure and responsibility to respect the environment. Even while contributing to the global timber industry, we will not forget our Japanese identity, delivering high quality products and useful information to our clients.

- Company was founded as Kitamae-sen shipping agency in Mikawa, Ishikawa.
Circulation of various commodities (including timber) was undertaken. - 1898
- Relocated office to Kanazawa as timber wholesale dealer.
After Kanazawa Station was built, traded timber nationally by train. - 1934
- Imported Russian timber from Japanese Russian timber company.
- 1938
- Made contract for trading timber with Manshuu Timber Ltd.
- 1948
- Established the corporation Tsuzen Shoten Co.,Ltd.
- 1955
- Became first Japanese company to import Russian timber for construction.
For the first time since World War II, restarted Russian timber trading from Toyama port. - 1999
- Opened Khabarovsk branch office. Started business to supply Russian timber globally.
- 2007
- Opened Dalian branch office. Started business to supply Russian timber globally.
- 2010
- Established the company YinTong ShanShui(beijing)Wooden Co.,Ltd.
